    • Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior the booked session(s), otherwise a cancellation fee of C$25 will be charged.
    • A disclaimer and waiver form has to be signed by all new clients / persons.
    • Full payment is expected immediately upon receiving the service / product. All services are price plus HST ON.

    • All appointment and customer information is stored online with this website hosting provider (GoDaddy). STEPSWellness will take all precaution in their control to secure customer information.


    Return and Refund Policy

    Refunds are only applicable for any merchandize purchase directly from STEPSWellness online or in-person. The item has to be in its original packaging and not used. All online sales are final and not eligible for refunds or returns.


    No refunds or credits for any sessions already received. In the case of multiple sessions, please discuss with the Instructor at the time if you need to change or cancel future booked sessions.
